Parking and finding the suite
Confirm with Jeanny and replace: where clients should park, whether it’s free, roughly how long to allow to get from the car to the suite, and any tip for finding Suite 409 the first time.
If you’re running late or can’t find us, just call — it happens, and it’s genuinely fine. We’d rather you arrive relaxed than stressed.

Wherever you’re travelling from, it’s the same studio and the same artist. Everything is performed personally by Jeanny in a permitted, sterile facility:
Eyebrows
nano hairstrokes, powder/ombré, and combo brows.
Lips
lip blush, ombré, and full lip color.
Eyeliner
lash enhancement through to classic, designer, and shaded liner.
Corrective PMU
colour correction, shape correction, lip neutralization, and saline removal. Worth the drive if previous work didn’t go as planned.
Why clients travel across the valley to us
There are plenty of places to get your brows done. The reasons people drive a bit further tend to be specific ones: 10+ years of experience, a registered practitioner in a permitted studio rather than a kitchen table, work that’s designed to look natural rather than obvious, and correction — fixing work done elsewhere is a genuine specialty, and there aren’t many artists locally who take it on.

Do you serve areas outside Valencia?
Yes. Clients come to the Valencia studio from across the Santa Clarita Valley — including Santa Clarita, Stevenson Ranch, Newhall, Canyon Country, Saugus, and Castaic — and some travel from the San Fernando Valley and greater Los Angeles, particularly for corrective work. All appointments take place at the Valencia studio.
Is there parking at the studio?

Do you offer mobile or at-home appointments?
No — all permanent makeup is performed at the Valencia studio. That’s deliberate: PMU is a cosmetic tattoo, and it needs a permitted, sterile facility with proper equipment to be done safely. Anyone offering at-home permanent makeup should be a red flag.
How far in advance should I book?
