For more than ten years, I’ve helped people across the Santa Clarita Valley wake up feeling like themselves — with brows, lips and eyeliner that look natural, balanced and effortless. I’m Jeanny Evans, the artist and owner behind JNX Beauty Lounge in Valencia, and as a Vietnamese permanent makeup artist I care for many clients and their families in both English and Vietnamese.

Permanent makeup is detailed, personal work, and I treat it that way: every face is different, so every appointment starts with listening — to what you want, what you’re unsure about, and how you’d like to feel when you look in the mirror.

Over 10+ years in permanent makeup, I’ve worked with just about every brow shape, skin tone, and skin type — and I’ve learned that great PMU is equal parts artistry and technique. I take time to map your features, choose pigments that suit your undertone, and work in a way that heals soft and natural rather than harsh or “drawn on.

I also speak both English and Vietnamese, so if you or a loved one are more comfortable in Vietnamese, you’re in good hands — every step, from consultation to aftercare, can be explained clearly in either language.

The Artist People Come to When Something Went Wrong

Not every story starts fresh. A lot of my clients come to me after permanent makeup somewhere else didn’t go as planned — brows that healed too grey, orange or blue, shapes that aren’t even, eyeliner that migrated, or lip colour that looks off. Correction is where experience matters most.

Using colour theory and careful technique, I help correct discoloured or uneven work — and when a tattoo needs to be softened or removed before we can rebuild it, I offer gentle saline removal as well.
